Right now I am preparing to spend another week in Duisburg, working on an SAP project. Have to take my running gear with me. It helps to get your mind off the stress in the office. Anyway, you have little else to do in an alien city in the evening. And all this at the time your home town has so much to offer... Got to go now, will continue after I've arrived.
...A thing to remember -- your team assistant is pretty much in power to decide if you are going to be picked up at the airport -- so be nice to her, especially if you are landing late in the evening.
Do not know why, in the hotel the first thing you do -- switch on the TV, although you are not used to watch one at home, because you don't have one! Well, we do have a TV, but after we moved the furniture and saw we needed more place, we put it away and didn't use it for months.
With the TV humming in the background, I consider what should my next post be about. I had a conversation with one of my former professors from the undergrad school recently, who asked me to give some detail for the school web-site about how I fared after graduation. I will post the answers here soon.
Don't ask about the post name, just heard "Leaving New York" on my way to the airport...
